SPORTS FUNDAMENTALS (ages 7-9)
The CATZ Sports FUNdamentals program is a fun, engaging and cooperation-based program designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, general flexibility/mobility and overall strength of its participants. Kids will learn how to properly warm-up and stretch their bodies to prepare for exercise. They will then participate in a variety of fun, task-oriented drills that encourage them to enjoy exercise, while at the same time they work up a big sweat and get a terrific age-appropriate workout.
YOUTH FITNESS (ages 10-15)
An advanced general fitness program designed for kids who want to be active, healthy and physically fit. CATZ YOUTH FITNESS is designed for kids NOT active in competitive sports and requires no athletic ability or sports background. A fun and engaging way to get kids exercising and off the couch, and help them build a foundation to make exercise a part of their regular weekly routine for a lifetime.
