Volleyball Specific TrainingCATZ believes that creating GREAT athletes involves more than just improving speed, strength, quickness and power. To truly be GREAT, an athlete's physical development must be developed from within.

Athletes who excel both on and off the field are those who are:

  • fast, strong and powerful,
  • self-confident and
  • able to focus, to lead, to listen, and to follow.

The Five Levels of CATZ encourage the development of the complete athlete.

Advancing through the five levels of CATZ requires athletes to improve their speed, strength and agility; demonstrate solid decision-making ability in an environment that mimics sport; display strong leadership skills; and show a commitment to community service.

Every CATZ athlete is given a gray level shirt when they begin the program. Athletes are tested at set intervals to measure their improvement. By attaining the gold, athletes have achieved the highest level of greatness at CATZ.
